Conditions

• For your convenience we cannot accept bookings for the same day arrivals after 7pm.
• Must be over 18 & produce ID on arrival.
• Security Deposits of $200 are required for all bookings. This deposit is paid on arrival by either credit card or cash if no credit card is available.
• House Rules and a $500 Security Deposits apply to all bookings Mid Nov to Mid Dec each year. There are limitations to visitors and strict behaviour conditions apply during this period.
• Rates are based on twp persons per night. Extra persons (one bedroom and studio only) $30 per night maximum 1 based on duration stay of total booking.
  

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, a refund will only be given for rent received for the period the unit was relet. Less handling fee if applicable.

Office Hours

Office Hours are 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. If you plan to arrive after these hours please let us know so we can make arrangements for you.
